1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of futurixone.com, futurixone.ae and futurixone.si (the "sites"), operated by Futurixone Technologies Limited, a company licensed in the Dubai International Financial Centre, with its registered office at Office IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Level 3, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using the sites you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the sites.

2. Information only

The sites describe our company, products, services and research. They are provided for general information and do not form an offer or a contract.

Nothing on the sites is financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. Futurixone provides software, technology services and research. It does not provide financial, payment, advisory, exchange, custody or token-issuance services.

Products described as "coming soon" and research described as "exploring", "in research", "in training" or "pilot" are not yet available. Plans, features and timelines may change.

3. Products and services have their own terms

Use of RegulixOne, RegulixBooks or any Futurixone service is governed by the agreement for that product or service, not by these terms. If those terms conflict with these, the product or service agreement applies.

4. Using the sites

You may use the sites for lawful purposes only. You must not: use the sites in a way that breaks any law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the sites, their servers or any connected system; introduce malicious code; interfere with the sites' operation or security; collect content or data from the sites by automated means without our written permission; or submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly as described in our Trust Center rather than testing it further.

5. Intellectual property

The sites and their content, including text, design, graphics and software, belong to Futurixone or its licensors. The names and logos of Futurixone, RegulixOne and RegulixBooks are trademarks of Futurixone Technologies Limited. Partner names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.

You may view, download and print pages for your own information or your organisation's internal use. Any other use, including copying, adapting or republishing content, needs our written permission.

6. What you send us

Please make sure the information you send through our forms is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through a general form; if an engagement needs it, we will agree a secure way to exchange it.

We handle personal data you send us as described in our privacy policy.

7. Links to other websites

The sites link to websites we do not control, including our product sites and partners' sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the sites available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the sites.

9. Liability

The sites are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and representations about the sites and their content.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sites or from reliance on their content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies on the sites.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. The courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
